Where Used:

This is an auto-switching (110v-220v) Power Supply with 20-pin connector for 20-inch iMac G5 2.0 GHz, Amblient Light Sensor (ALS / Mid 2005).

This part also works in 20-inch first generation (Late 2004) iMac G5s replacing part numbers 661-3289 and 661-3350. Used in this context, simply remove the ALS cable from this power supply before installing it.

Ways to identify your Mac and the parts associated with it, follow these general guidelines:

Your computer's Model Identifier and Serial Number is provided by System Profiler.
Apple Model Numbers are listed on the sales invoice and printed on the computer's shipping box. Apple Laptops also have their model number printed on the bottom of the case up by the hinges.
Mfg. ID Numbers are printed on the part itself.
EEE Code click on the "what's this?" link located by the EEE field name on each product's listing page.

RMA Required
