You need an RMA number before sending your Mac/Mac Part to GALAXY for repair. An RMA is automatically generated and emailed to you following receipt of your online order. But for warranty exchanges, product returns etc you should fill out and submit the RMA Request Form.
There were only four different power supplies used in the PowerMacintosh G5 family. They all look the same, so you need to know your computer's model number and processor speed to be certain of ordering the correct replacement part. If you have a 450W or 710W power supply there is an optional upgrade path available, or you can replace your part with one of the same capacity. There is no available upgrade if you have a 600W or 1000W power supply: you must replace it with one of like capacity.
Part Description: This is a refurbished genuine Apple power supply for 2003, 2004 and Early 2005 Power Mac G5s. It is sold on an outright but includes a $50 refund offer if you choose to trade-in your old part.
