Launched in June 2003 the Power Mac G5 was at the time, arguably the fastest personal computer ever built. The first inception of the G5 came with either single 1.8GHz or dual 2.0GHz processors, 250GB hard drive, & up to 4GB RAM.

Over the next three years the Power Mac G5 would be upgraded to include a Quad-core 2.5GHz, 500GB hard drive, and up to a possible 16GB RAM.

Although eventually replaced by the Mac Pro with Intel Processors, the Power Mac G5's reign lasted 3 years, and is still widely used today.
