G5 Serial Number:
Your computer's serial number is located inside the access panel directly below the air deflector and provides the key to your G5's identity. Include the serial number with your inquiry so we can correctly match up the part needed for your particular G5.

Logic Board Serial Number:
Major G5 parts also have serial numbers in a "xxxxxxxEEEx" format in which the 'EEE' sequence identifies the part. Note that the 'EEE' ID code consists of the three letters immediately preceding the last digit of the serial number. To ensure that you order the correct replacement part for your computer, match the EEE code contained in your existing part to those listed over in the product description fields.

Repair Option:
Whether for diagnosis or for repair you will first need a Work Order Number before you ship your computer to GALAXY. You can obtain this by phone: 1-888-345-1817 or by emailing your request to work order number.

A Work Order Number will be sent to you by return email along with complete shipping instructions.
