For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Ways to identify your Mac and the parts associated with it, follow these general guidelines:
Your computer's Model Identifier and Serial Number is provided by
System Profiler. Apple Model Numbers are listed on the sales invoice and printed on the computer's shipping box.
Apple Laptops also have their model number printed on the bottom of the case up by the hinges. Mfg. ID Numbers are printed on the part itself. EEE Code click on the "what's this?" link located by the EEE field name on each product's listing page.

RMA Required
If you need to ship your Mac/Part to GALAXY for any reason - diagnosis, repair, warranty etc - you must first obtain an RMA number.
This number will be emailed to you, with shipping instructions, after you complete ONE of the following:
