MacBook Pros are housed in one of two case types. Distinguishing between them is quite simple. First generation MacBook Pros have aluminum alloy housing with a SILVER keyboard. Currently shipping MacBook Pros have a solid aluminum UNIBODY case with a BLACK keyboard. MacBook Pros with a SILVER keyboard have 15.4 or 17 inch Displays. MacBook Pros with a BLACK Keyboard also ship with a 13.3 inch screen option.
