To get started you need an RMA number.
This is easily done. Just add sku SRVCE-10001 to your shopping cart and during Checkout use the Comments field to tell us about your computer, its symptoms and attempts (if any) to fix the problem. Submit your order and once it has been processed we will email you an RMA number and shipping instructions.
