:: VTBook
32-bit/32MB 266MHz DDR PCMCIA
Card
The
world's only 32 MB Graphics Card connects High
End Displays to PowerBook G4s, G3s and PC notebooks.
All
VGA, DVI and ADC Displays are supported, including
wide screen Displays up to 1920x1200, all in
32-bit color. With VTBook
you are free to keep your PowerBook portable but
still enjoy the convenience of a Desktop workstation,
with a high resolution large Display and fast,
ergonomic refresh rate.
Multi-Displays:
More Creativity and Fewer Errors!
Thanks
to VTBook you can add another display, even a
big and digital one, to your notebook setup. VTBook
saves you from the loud and clumsy Desktop system
as well as the time to sync whenever you take
your notebook on the road! And on top of that
you gain the power of a Multi-Display Workstation.
Why
do I need VTBook if my notebook already
has a video output?
1.
VTBook has 32 MB memory dedicated to one
video output, this means it can offer higher
and deeper (more colorful) resolution for
your external display while still benefiting
from hardware acceleration.
2.
VTBook offers a full digital DVI display
connector, as well as the traditional VGA
connector. VTBook natively supports a huge
range of displays and resolutions and, on
Mac OS, can dynamically recognize even more
resolutions reading from the display.
3.
VTBook supports special displays like Apple
ADC displays or LCD displays. On older notebooks,
such as the PowerBook G3 family, VTBook
is faster than the internal video output.
4.
VTBook lets you add one more external
display
to your notebook and, if your notebook
already has a video output, then
that means that you can have a total of three displays.

DVI
and Apple ADC up to 23"

Only
few notebooks support DVI and even if they do,
chances are that they cannot support it at it's
highest resolutions. VTBook offers the highest
possible resolutions on DVI and ADC, up to 1920x1200
in 32 bit color.
ADC compatibility (through a DVI-to-ADC adapter
not included) means that you can connect the gorgeous
Apple ADC TFT Display to your older PowerBook,
or add a second ADC Display to your newer PowerBook
G4.
Please note that for best quality
when using high resolutions we recommend the DVI-ADC
adapter made by Apple.
Enhance
PowerBook Graphics
VTBook
is the perfect choice to enhance the graphics
capabilities of PowerBook G4s, PowerBook G3s and
PC Notebooks. A better graphics engine means more
working space to improve your productivity. What
is a common practice on the desktop is finally
possible on PowerBooks too.
Trouble
free Connection

VTBook
comes with 80+ predefined video modes and always
offers the best solution for any video devices

other places you may happen to visit.
